Before you book
Please read the following policies before booking your appointment with RREMI_HAIR. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if at least 48 hours' notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted or cancelled depending on the time available.
If the appointment is cancelled due to excessive lateness, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Please contact RREMI_HAIR as soon as possible if you know you are running late.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
A new $50 deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Please arrive with your natural hair clean and freshly washed, completely dry, thoroughly detangled, and free from heavy oils, gels and excessive product build-up.
Unless otherwise arranged, please do not arrive with your hair already styled or braided.
Hair that requires significant detangling or additional preparation may affect the appointment time and service.
Braiding hair is included with selected services as stated when booking.
For Boho Braids, synthetic boho pieces are included in the service price.
If you would like human-hair boho pieces, you must provide your own human hair.
Please check the service description when booking for the specific hair requirements of your chosen style.
Please make sure you select the correct style and size when booking.
If you would like a particular design, length, colour or inspiration style, please provide a reference photo before your appointment where possible.
Major changes to your selected service on the day may not be possible due to the additional time required.
Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total service price.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Please attend your appointment alone unless a guest has been approved beforehand.
Children should only attend if they are the client receiving the service or prior arrangements have been made.
If your braids feel too tight or you experience discomfort during your appointment, please let me know immediately so adjustments can be made.
Photos or videos of the finished hairstyle may be requested for RREMI_HAIR's portfolio or social media.
Your permission will always be requested before identifiable photos or videos are used. You are completely welcome to decline.
